Situated 30 minutes from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Montauban and 1 hour from Albi, in a quiet, leafy setting, this comfortable studio is ideal for business travellers or holidaymakers passing through.

Set in a fully renovated Toulouse-style building dating from 1880, the 50 m² studio is self-contained, with private access at the rear of the house. You’ll have free parking right nearby (including for oversized vehicles if required).

The studio is designed for a comfortable and practical stay:

• Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils
• Living area: sofa bed, dining area
• Mezzanine: queen-size bed (160x200) with new bedding (2025)
• Shower room (upstairs)
• Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner

Included:
• Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival)
• Basic toiletries, tableware and kitchen essentials
• Thorough cleaning between each booking


?? Surroundings

From the accommodation, enjoy views of the horse pastures, fields and woodland. The house is situated 50 m from a quiet road. Thanks to the double glazing, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet for resting or working.

We share the property with a young couple and their baby (who are discreet and considerate), who live next door to the gîte.

Our location at the crossroads of three departments (Haute-Garonne, Tarn-et-Garonne, Tarn) is ideal for exploring the wider region. Shops, main roads and amenities are nearby.

Guest access
You enter the studio via a separate entrance. The accommodation is entirely private.
A service door, lockable from both sides, leads to our adjoining garage. It remains locked to ensure your privacy and peace and quiet throughout your stay.

The property covers 3 hectares of land in the heart of the countryside. Part of the grounds is freely accessible to guests, particularly the paths around the horse and sheep pastures, for a peaceful stroll in the countryside.

Please, however, respect the owners’ private areas, which are marked by small signs. The areas to the right of the property are reserved for the other accommodation in the house.

Other notes
The property is situated on the outskirts of the village and shops are not within walking distance.

You’ll be ideally situated to explore the beautiful cities of Toulouse, Albi and Montauban whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside.

You’ll also be just a stone’s throw from the finest vineyards of the Frontonnais region.

Near the house, we’ll point out several walking trails.

For a small additional fee, we offer our guests access to a meadow of around 1 hectare with shelters that can accommodate up to 3 horses.
